Tiger Tiger Burning Bright

Here is a wonderful tiger card that will surprise the kids. in fact it is easy enough for kids to make themselves.

WHAT YOU NEED

White card blank
Pale blue card cut to 15x12cm
light green card or paper
dark green card or paper
Tiger print foam (www.creativehands.com)
two medium white buttons
two small black buttons
double sided tape

Step One

Stick the blue card to the card blank

Using the template cut out the tigers face, nose and mouth

Stick the face down onto the center of the pale blue card.

stick all of the tigers nose and mouth onto his face
Use the white buttons for his eyes and then stick the black buttons on top for the pupils.
Hes looking good (ha ha)

cut out a wide strip of dark and light green paper. put the strips together and start cutting sections out to form long wild grass.
Stick the light strip down first at the bottom of the pale blue card. turn the dark green grass over and layer on top of the light green grass.

I have done the same at the top of the card only i have cut a few leaves in amongst the grass.

Cut thin strips from the black card and stick on tigers face to form the whiskers.

You should have one cheeky tiger.

You could adapt this design by adding a red tongue to the tiger. or a snake hanging from the leaves.
